  2. Heat the oil, syrup and nut butter on the hob on a low heat until silky and combined.
  3. Core and grate the apples, before adding this and the cinnamon to the liquid.
  4. Put the oats and seeds in a large bowl and pour over the liquid, coating it all nice and proper!
  5. Bake for at least an hour, turning halfway if you like.
