- Chop Carrot into small cubes
- Chop half of it into very small cubes and the rest into large cubes
- Peal the Carrot.
- Chop Carrot into small pieces
- Chop Onion into small pieces
- Heat up a pan with Olive Oil covering it completely.
- When hot throw in the large cubes of Sweat potato.
- When brown throw in the rest of the sliced Sweat potato and the sliced Carrot and the sliced Onion.
- Stir untill all vegtebles are brownish.
- Add the rice and keep stiring.
- If the rice starts sticking to the pan add more Olive Oil.
- When the rice starts getting a different color add the Turmeric and continue stirring.
- Add the salt.
