  1. Make some diagonal cuts on the cleaned Fish, sprinkle salt and tumeric powder, then mix the other ingredients and apply on the fish.
  2. Apply on the cuts and then pour all marinade and mix, let it marinate for 20 minutes before deep frying.
  3. Serve with Rice and some coconut Mchicha.
