- For suger syrup take a big sos pan add suger and water in it stir it well so that the suger melts. just make a sticky syrup no need to make any string consistency but make sure the suger syrup to be kept warm.
- Now start to make malpuas for that on a low flame heat ghee in a big frying pan and melt it.
- When the ghee is heating up meanwhile once again mix very well the batter.
- Take a medium size spatula full of the batter and gently pour the batter in to hot ghee.and let them cook until light brown from both sides. it will take just 1 minutes.
- Now let them 1/2 min rest and after that put them in to suger syrup for 2 minutes and remove them one by one in a serving plate.
- Garnish them with chopped almond and pistachios.serve them with hot rabdi or just as it is.
