  1. Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit
  2. Wash and chop the cabbage. Try to separate as much as the leaves as possible. Spread it out over the bottom of the roaster. Add vinegar, broth and water.
  3. Spread tomatoes over the top of cabbage. Salt and garlic this, just use half add chicken use the rest of salt and garlic on top of chicken.
  4. Over all the ingredients add the following; Basil, oregano, paprika, savory, marjoram, and bay leaf.
  5. Just to the chicken add in order listed. Rest of the salt, garlic, half the margarine, saffron threads, and grains of paradise.
  6. Roast in oven covered. After one hour twenty minutes, melt the rest of the margarine. Now add the melted margarine to each piece of chicken. Add extra to the cabbage in the roaster. Add olives. Cover and roast some more.cook for a total of 2 and a half hours.
  7. When done push the chicken into the liquids for 15 minutes before serving
