  1. Add the berries and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Pour 500 ml of water into the pan and place the saucepan on the stove.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain through a strainer of berry.
  5. In a glass or a cup pour 50 ml of cold water and dissolve in it starch. (water must be cold!)
  6. Pour the raspberry compote back into the pan, place it on the stove and bring it back to the boil. Reduce heat to a minimum and pour in a thin trickle of cold water with starch, immediately mixing it with compote with a spoon. Stirring for a few minutes, but not to boil.
  7. Drink a little cold.
