  2. Take 2 medium size onion finely chopped

  1. Firstly take soaked sago strain and wash 5 or 6 time bcz remove extra starch.
  2. Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil add cashew nut,peanut roast it 5 min on lower flame transfer in a bowl keep it a side.
  3. Add same pan 1 tsp oil then add ginger and green chilli stirring 40 seconds add onion saute till it becomes change nice pinkish colour.
  4. Add sago and given all spices, curry leaves, to taste salt, lime juice, roasted dryfrurits stir and mix it properly on medium flame. stir it 3 or 4 min.
  5. Reduce the flame and enjoy with tea as a snacks.
