- Make the lemon sized ball.
- Now heat the appam pan and greased it with ghee.
- Place the sago balls in the pan. Cover the lid.
- Cook on low flame till the bottom side becomes golden brown in colour.
- Now flip the appes.drop some ghee and cook again for 3-4 minutes or till golden brown.
- Now remove them out in a plate.
- Serve with chutney.
