  5. Mix and mash well with your hand.
  6. Now prepare small patties from sabudana mixture.
  7. Deep fry the patties in hot oil. fry on medium flame until they turn golden brown flipping in between.
  8. Drain off a one plate and serve sabudana vada hot along with curd.
