    1. Dry roast the sabudana / sago on low flame till it slightly change in color.

    1. Crush almonds and cashews well. 4. In a pan add dessicated coconut and roast it for 2-3 min. on low flame.
    1. Then add sabudana powder, crushed almonds and cashews, ghee, cardamom powder and cook for 3-4 min on low flame.
    1. Let the sabudana mixture cool down and then add powder sugar and mix well.
    1. Your Sabudana Panjiri / Sago Panjiri is ready to serve.
