- Prepare 1 cup oil, I use olive but you can also use vegetable
- Prepare 6 tbsp annato seeds

- Let simmer 15 minutes.
- Remove seeds and pour oil into a small air tight container. I like glass.
- Use oil to flavor chicken or pork dishes. A delicious latin flair!
- Oil can last for two weeks, use before that, that's why I make small batches. Store in cool, dry place.
