  9. divide into a muffin tray lined with cases
  10. sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden
  11. cool completely and refrigerate​ before eating

In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
