  8. Add few drops of oil at the at the border of uttapam
  9. Roast it about a minute then flip it over
  10. Roast it for 45 seconds. Back side will look like below image
  11. Repeat step 7 to 10 for each uttapam
  12. Sooji uttapam are ready, it tastes delicious with green chutney
